B.Inspired by... Ornaments!

We put up our Christmas tree last weekend. We opted for a very tiny (maybe 3 feet tall), artificial, prelit tree. We always told ourselves that once we had children, we would definitely have a big, real Christmas tree. Well, having a toddler who either laughs or burst out crying when you tell him "NO" has quickly changed that thinking! So we proudly put our tiny, but charming tree on top of the dining room table where curious fingers can't reach. Maybe next year we'll be ready for that big tree... or maybe not!
We decorated our tiny tree in shimmering shades of green and gold. Here are some great ornament finds on Etsy for you to consider for yours!

B.Inspired by... Christmas Cards!

Our adventure in family portraiture yesterday was a success! It was a bit difficult to get Sawyer to sit still (the cookie helped with that) and took a bit longer than a one-year-old would hope, but we made it out of there (after 3 hours) with PERFECT photos in hand! Here are my two favorites:

Now comes the tedious job of distributing them to friends and family. What better way to send out your special holiday photos than in equally special holiday cards? Here are some great options from talented Etsy sellers!
